I am also trying (without) any luck to identify how the fingerboard works-> I built MIDI controllers as a hobby. I received and eMail from Albert Glinsky and he identify Mr. Floyd Engels email address as Fengels07@aol.com. I try without luck to contact Mr. Engels. I will re-check with Mr Glinsky and let you know. Please keep us posted of anything you find.
